RHYTHMIC
GYMNASTICS

Rhythmic gymnastics was first in the Olympics in 1984. Rhythmic gymnasts use clubs, hoops, balls, ribbons, and ropes during their routines.

Trampoline & Tumbling

Trampoline & tumbling gymnastics has the gymnasts do flips, twists and rolls as they bounce on a trampoline. These tricks might be more difficult than the tricks that artistic gymnasts do.
